How does the text message integration work?+
You and your authorized team members text a dedicated phone number provided by us. Our AI Assistant guides the user to provide necessary details like labor hours, materials used, descriptions, and photos. This information is then used to pre-fill a change order draft in your web portal.
Is my data secure?+
Yes, security is a top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest (like HTTPS/SSL and database encryption). Access controls are in place to ensure only authorized users from your company can view your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
What kind of support do you offer?+
We offer dedicated email and phone support during standard business hours (Mountain Time). All plans include onboarding assistance via screenshare or phone calls to help you get started quickly and ensure your team is comfortable using the system.
Can I customize the change order PDF?+
Yes, you can customize multiple PDF details, including your company logo, legal texts and agreements tied to the document, and the name on the document (I.E. "Change Order Estimate" or "Change Order Request"). This information will automatically appear on all generated PDF change order requests sent to your clients or General Contractors.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain read-only access to view and download all your historical change order data through the web portal indefinitely. You will no longer be able to create new change orders or use the texting assistant after your current paid billing period ends.
How accurate is the material pricing feature?+
Our system integrates with services providing near real-time pricing for a vast catalog of common construction materials. While we strive for accuracy, market prices can fluctuate rapidly. We recommend using our pricing as a strong estimate and always verifying critical or high-cost items directly with your suppliers before finalizing bids or change orders.
Can multiple users from my company use the service?+
Yes! Our plans are based on the number of change orders generated per month, not the number of users. You can add as many users (project managers, field workers, office staff) from your company as needed within the web portal. Each user who needs to text the assistant will need their phone number registered.
Does this integrate with my accounting software?+
Currently, we offer direct integrations with QuickBooks Online. We are continuously working on expanding our integration capabilities based on customer feedback. You can always export change order data for manual import into other systems.
