How do daily logs work?+
Crews text updates and photos to your dedicated ProBlu number. The AI organizes the provided information including headcounts, hours, milestones, delays and instantly produces a professional log the team can view right away. Weather is automatically added based on the job address.
Do crews need an app for daily logs or change orders?+
No. Both daily logs and change orders run through the same texting workflow. Authorized users text the number, and the assistant prompts for missing details and routes the update to the right project.
Can we share daily logs and change orders with our GC or owner?+
Yes. Daily logs can be exported as polished PDFs or shared as read-only links immediately after creation. Change orders support digital approvals via email or text, so you can collect signatures without chasing paperwork.
Can I customize the PDFs?+
You can brand PDFs with your logo and company details. Change orders support custom legal language and document titles, while daily log PDFs automatically include your job info, weather, and photos.
Is my data secure?+
Yes, security is a top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest (like HTTPS/SSL and database encryption). Access controls are in place to ensure only authorized users from your company can view your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can multiple users from my company use the service?+
Yes! Our plans are based on the number of change orders generated per month, not the number of users. You can add as many users (project managers, field workers, office staff) from your company as needed within the web portal. Each user who needs to text the assistant will need their phone number registered.
Does this integrate with my accounting software?+
Currently, we offer direct integrations with QuickBooks Online. You can also export change order data and daily log PDFs for sharing or manual import into other systems.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain read-only access to view and download all your historical change order and daily log data through the web portal indefinitely. You will no longer be able to create new change orders, daily logs, or use the texting assistant after your current paid billing period ends.
What kind of support do you offer?+
We offer dedicated email and phone support during standard business hours (Mountain Time). All plans include onboarding assistance via screenshare or phone calls to help you get started quickly and ensure your team is comfortable using the system.
